The breakfast at Quality Inn was delicious with a good variety of options. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The exterior of the hotel was well-kept and the grounds were beautiful. I had a pleasant stay at Quality Inn and would recommend it to others.

We loved the location of this hotel as it was close to everything, including places open for food at 1 am. The staff was extremely nice and caring, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, with a great selection of food. Additionally, from the higher rooms, we had a beautiful view of a pretty fountain in the woods.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

We stayed at Quality Inn for a quick one-night stay and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, from Chris who assisted with our reservations to Cheryl who ensured we were comfortable in our room. Annalee was a great help with planning our day and even helped organize our anniversary dinner. The staff went above and beyond, with Whitney serving a delicious quiche and the entertaining man in the dining room making our dining experience enjoyable. The grounds were well-maintained by Josh, and the property manager did an excellent job running everything smoothly. The hotel became our favorite stop for lodging and we'll definitely be back. Thank you for everything!

Would recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was great and the man there was friendly…told me to take my time. Lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful as I temporarily lost my key cards. The landscaping was beautiful…blooming flowers everywhere!

Second floor room with pool view. Awesome breakfast with variety of options. Wheelchair accessible room with hot water and bright bathroom. Beautiful landscaping and Christmas decorations. clean and pleasant stay.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Eureka Springs. The location of this hotel was perfect, as it was close to everything - shops, restaurants, and even places open for food late at night. The hotel itself had beautiful grounds with flowers, shrubs, and trees, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The staff at this hotel were extremely attentive and friendly, always ready to assist and provide information about the city. The rooms were well-kept, and I especially appreciated the amenities such as the fridge and microwave. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast, which included homemade items that were very tasty. this hotel was a great value for the money and I would highly recommend it for an enjoyable stay in Eureka Springs.

Beautiful grounds (filled with flowers, shrubs and trees, wonderful breakfast (fresh baked quiche and banana bread plus other key breakfast items) served in the tea room. Trolley stop just in front of the hotel which gets you all around the city ($6.00 ea.) Staff is eager to assist and give info re: the city. Beautiful outdoor pool. Location is close to everything

We were assigned a room on the street side...main thoroughfare. Lots of traffic noise just about all night. The noise could be drowned out by the air conditioner, however. Otherwise, it was all good.

This hotel is in a great location, just a short distance from downtown Eureka Springs and away from the crowded historic area. It's convenient to everything in town. The staff is very friendly and the basic amenities, like rooms with a fridge and microwave, are well-kept. The breakfast includes homemade items and is very good.

Our room at Quality Inn had a breathtaking view and the balcony walkway in front of the room entrances was a unique feature. The sunsets were absolutely stunning. The room itself was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay overall.
